About the Studio

🧘 HPY Signature Flow is a physically challenging practice. Please listen to your body. If you're new to yoga or sensitive to heat, we recommend starting with HPY Foundations Flow or HPY Baby (non-heated, prenatal-friendly, all are welcome).

🚪 Studio Access & Arrival

  • Use the side entrance on Federal Street. The door unlocks 10 minutes before class starts.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors lock promptly at class start time. Late entry is not permitted.

  • Come dressed for class. We do not have showers or a locker room, but a bathroom with amenities is available.

🌿 In-Studio Etiquette & Amenities

  • Remove shoes upon entering.

  • Use caution when entering from the lobby—there is a step down.

  • Place your mat on the HPY sticker markers for proper spacing.

  • Bring your own mat, towel, and water. We offer Jade Yoga mats, mat towels, and bottled water for a $2 suggested donation.

  • We provide blocks, straps, and hand towels.

  • Avoid bringing valuables. Cubbies are available, and doors lock at class start.

  • We encourage students to stay for the full class. If you must leave early, inform the instructor beforehand.

⚠️ Additional Notes

  • We burn Nog Chamba incense and use essential oils on cold towels. Let us know if you prefer to skip the cold towel.

  • Photos for social media may be taken during class (outlined in our terms & conditions).

  • Please consult your doctor before beginning a hot yoga practice. A doctor’s note may be required in some cases.

📅 Class Booking & Policies

  • Pre-booked classes must be paid in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, first come, first served (entry not guaranteed).

  • Capacity: Each class accommodates 20 mats. If you’re waitlisted, check your schedule for updates.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Monthly Members: $5 Late Cancel Fee | $10 No Show Fee

    • Class Pass Holders: $10 Late Cancel Fee | $15 No Show Fee

    • Class Pack Holders: $5 Late Cancel Fee | $10 No Show Fee + Loss of Class Credit

  • A valid credit card must be on file to avoid account suspension due to unpaid fees.
