All Access Memberships are currently available, but please note: we are approaching capacity.

As a locally owned small business, we do our best to stay flexible—while also making sure we can accommodate our community fairly and sustainably. Your awareness helps us create the best experience for everyone. If you can’t make class or need to cancel, there will be a mandatory late cancel or no show fee charged. Please keep a valid credit card on file.

Please allow 24 business hours for a response to a text or email.

Lost Something? Please come back to the studio 10- minutes prior to any scheduled class time to retrieve your lost item. We will hold items for 7 days, then donate to Salvation Army. Please do not use this form for lost items, unless urgent, due to the high volume of requests.

To keep distractions to a minimum in the lobby, we are a text only studio. We do ALL customer service remotely by email us at hello@hpyphilly.com. Or send us a text to 610-455-4256 with any questions you can’t find listed on the FAQ’s page. But do, please, read the FAQs first.
