About the Studio…

• The HPY Signature Flow is a physically challenging class, please listen to your body first and foremost. This type of practice might not be right for everyone looking to start a Yoga practice. Those who don’t do well in a heated environment are recommended to first take a HPY Foundations Flow, or HPY Baby (nonheated, prenatal focused, all are welcome).

• Please use side entrance on Federal Street. If the door is locked, it will open 10 minutes before the start time of class.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class. Doors lock promptly at the start time of class. Please arrive on time.

• Please come dressed for class. We do not have showers or a locker room, we do have a bathroom (located in the studio) with amenities.

• Please remove shoes when entering the studio.

• Please use caution when entering the studio from the lobby. There is a step down.

• Mat markers (HPY stickers) indicate where to place the left corner of your mat.

• We recommend bringing your own mat, towel, and water. Jade Yoga mats, mat towels, and bottled water are available for a suggested donation of $2 each.

• We provide blocks, straps, and hand towels for your class.

• Please do not bring any valuables into the studio. We offer cubbies for your belongings and will lock the door to the studio promptly at the start time of class.

• We encourage all students to stay in the studio for the duration of class. If you have to leave early for any reason, please let the instructor know prior to class.

• Please consult with your doctor before starting a hot Yoga practice. A doctors note may be required in certain situations.

• All pre-booked classes must be paid in advance. If you are unsure of your plans or you are able to join us last-minute, WALK-INS ARE WELCOME, first come first serve, entry not guaranteed.

• Class size - we have enough spaces for 20 mats. Please monitor your schedule if waitlisted.

• Please be advised, we burn Nog Chamba incense in the studio and use essential oils for our cold towels. If you prefer not to use a cold towel, please let us know.

• We often take photos for social media, outlined in our terms and conditions.*

• We reserve the right to deny entry if studio guidelines are violated.

• A $5 Late Cancel Fee and $10 No Show fee will be applied to monthly members if you cancel late, or miss your class.

• A $10 Late Cancel Fee and $15 No Show fee will be applied to class pass students.

• A $5 Late Cancel Fee and $10 No Show fee will be applied and loss of class credit will apply for those students on a class pack who late cancel/no show.

• If you don’t have a credit card attached to your account, your account WILL be charged for the late cancel or no show fee. Please add a valid credit card to your account to avoid suspensions or interruptions with booking.
